I'm an Instructional Designer and Learning & Development Specialist. My goal is to design learning solutions which are engaging and positively impact adult learners' work. I use my skills in following the ADDIE model to create effective adult Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), adult eLearning modules, and job aids that improve business outcomes. I’m motivated by knowing that my work helps others to become more successful.
